Fair State will be bustling this holiday season! From Drinksgiving and Maker Popups, to Comedy Night and Festivus, the taproom will be a cozy and fun spot to hang out all winter. Plus there is a ton of exciting beer releases including Holidoinks (a celebratory, more robust version of Big Doinks), the return of Lobster Stuffed with Tacos, a coffee stout brewed in collaboration with The Get Down Coffee Company, and more.

“Our goal is offering something for everyone this holiday season,” says Kayte Eager, Director of Retail Operations. “Whether that’s new beer to take home and share with your family, attending one of our events with friends, or just stopping by to have a beer with the bartenders you love to connect with, we can’t wait to see you at the taproom.”

A slightly more robust version of Big Doinks, incorporating some additional malt character and hop varieties to accentuate the notes of holiday cheer and good tidings. Classic notes of pine, resin, citrus, and a hint of dank—with enough bitterness to cut through the dessert course. More →

You might remember Lactobac Xmas—and this year’s version is a kettle soured beer with citrus, cranberry, and ginger. A festive beer for a festive time of year! More →

MISTER FALCON | DEC 8, 4–11 PM

DDH Hazy IPA collab with Barrel Theory slammed with Strata, Simcoe Cryo, and Citra hops, with an extra-large dose of malted oats. Fermented on the cool side for a little fruity twist. More →

THE GET DOWN COFFEE STOUT | DEC 8, 4–11 PM

An American Stout brewed with a choice blend of roasted, chocolate, and caramel malts that reinforce the aromatic notes from The Get Down Coffee Company’s Turn Tables roast. Substantial but approachable, we built this beer around the coffee with the goal of showcasing how the two can be mutually reinforcing. More →

COOPERATOR DOPPELBOCK | DEC 15, 4–11 PM

Our version of Doppelbock is unique for two reasons: we added smoked and rye malts and aged it in an oak foeder. The final product is malty and moderately sweet with flavors of mild smoke, oak tannin, grape nuts, and a hint of roast. More →

VESTIVUS | DEC 22, 4–11 PM

Forget the fruitcake! This Hazy IPA contains tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and tangerine, along with a slight hint of coconut. Released just in time for Festivus—and named in honor of the age-old tradition of wearing vests while letting out complaints and fighting your father. More →
