You might remember Lactobac Xmas from a few years ago, and this year’s version is a kettle soured beer with citrus, cranberry, and ginger. A festive beer for a festive time of year!

Style: Fruited kettle sour
ABV: 5.2%
Malts: Pilsner, oats
Other Ingredients/Adjuncts: Blood orange, cranberry, ginger
Yeast/Fermentation: US05
Process Notes: Kettle soured for ~16 hours
Tasting Notes: Tart, juicy
