Holidoinks is to the winter holiday season as Legalize Big Doinks was to everyone’s favorite April holiday: a celebratory India Pale Ale brewed for the holidays. A slightly more robust version of Big Doinks, incorporating some additional malt character and hop varieties to accentuate the notes of holiday cheer and good tidings. Classic notes of pine, resin, citrus, and a hint of dank, with enough bitterness to cut through the dessert course.
