Ranchers Beverage Co is growing our Street Team in a part-time capacity in multiple areas throughout Minnesota: Twin Cities, St. Cloud, Duluth, and Rochester. We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable individuals to help us engage with customers for Fair State, Chill State, HyperCold, Hop Water, and TIBA. This hourly, contract position reports to the MN Market Manager.

Responsibilities

Street team members are primarily responsible for hosting tasting events at accounts. Tastings vary, but are often held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday afternoons and evenings, and include picking up product, setting up, and taking down. Street team members serve as engaging brand ambassadors for Fair State, Chill State, and TIBA, requiring a thorough understanding of our portfolio.

Requirements

▪ Able to stand for 2–4 hours at a time
▪ Able to work evenings and weekends
▪ Able to lift cases of beer (20 lbs.) repeatedly and safely
▪ Able to reliably travel to accounts and event locations on time
▪ Able to read, follow, and give oral and written English instructions
▪ At least 21 years of age as of the time of application

Compensation

This is an on-demand, part-time, contract, hourly position compensated at $20/hr.
