Our taproom is located at 2506 Central Ave NE, right between Recovery Bike Shop and Aki’s Pretzels.

Taproom

Effective March 1, 2022, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test results are not required for indoor service, though we strongly encourage COVID-19 vaccinations for all guests.

Fair State employees are required to be vaccinated and to receive booster shots as they become available.

We will continue to monitor local case rates and respond with policy changes accordingly. Current COVID-19 policies will continue to be shared here on our website, social media channels, and signage in the taproom.

Taproom

Yes! We always have a variety of packaged beers stocked in our cooler at the taproom.

Beer To Go Formats

Core beers (Mirror Universe, Roselle, Crankin’ Foamers, etc.) and seasonal beers (Side Pull, Spirit Foul, Festbier, etc.) are sold in the same 12oz or 16oz formats as in stores.

Small-batch beers that are exclusive to the taproom (Strawberry Mint Roselle, Invented Traditions, Triple Universe, etc.) are packaged in a limited quantity of 750ml crowlers.

Purchase Limits

A new law mandates a purchase limit per person, per day of 128oz for 12oz and 16oz cans. This could look like two 16oz 4-packs or up to 10 12oz cans. This limit does NOT include or apply to 750ml crowlers or bottles.

Member Discount

Lifetime and sustaining members get 10% off 750ml crowlers, 12oz, and 16oz can purchases.

You’re welcome to bring in outside food. A pro-tip is to pick it up on your way to us!

We also offer Aki’s pretzels Tuesdays–Saturdays, and Hegges pizzas every day. Vegetarian options available.

Dogs are allowed only in the beer garden, but must remain leashed and within 6 feet of their owners at all times.

Yep, kids are welcome! Please ensure they stay at your table.

Taproom

Yep! Our seasonal hard seltzers are gluten free, although they are still made in a facility that processes gluten. We also have hard seltzer–based Fruityboom slushies in the summer that are often gluten free.

Taproom

We have seasonal gluten-free hard seltzer and hard seltzer–based slushies, non-alcoholic beer, Hop Water, and other non-alcoholic options for those who do not drink beer. We also have a wide variety of beer styles available, including some with fruity and tart flavor profiles that may appeal to those who typically opt for cider or wine.

There’s plenty of street parking near the taproom—just make sure to pay attention to parking signs. Metro Transit lines 32 & 10 stop within one block of the taproom and bike racks are available along Central Ave.
