Our beer garden is open Tuesday – Sunday and reservations are required. Please visit Tock to make your reservation.
Here’s what you need to know to visit the beer garden right now:
-We’re currently serving ONLY in the beer garden, not in the taproom, so please enter from the alley (not the taproom door on Central Ave).
-Maximum party size of four.
-Reservations last for an hour and 45 minutes.
-You need to be 21+ to hang out, or be a human baby who can’t yet crawl or walk. We’re excited to see your older kiddo in the near future!
-Please bring both a mask and a credit card.
We can’t wait to see you soon! Any questions can be sent to [email protected] or (612) 444-3209.
Yep, kids are welcome! Please ensure they stay at your table so that other patrons are able to maintain adequate social distance. You do not need to include kids in your Tock reservation.
You’re welcome to bring in outside food, but since your reservation time is limited, the pro-tip is to pick it up on your way to us. We recommend MN BBQ Co and Sen Yai Sen Lek!
Dogs are allowed in the beer garden but must remain leashed and within 6 feet of their owners at all times. Both dogs and humans must remain at their assigned table except when entering or exiting.
Yep! All flavors of our Hard Seltzer are gluten free, although they are still made in a facility that processes gluten.
We have gluten-free Hard Seltzer and non-alcoholic beverage options for those who do not drink beer. We also have a wide variety of beer styles available, including some with fruity and tart flavor profiles that may appeal to those who typically opt for cider or wine.
Our taproom is located at 2506 Central Ave NE, right between Recovery Bike Shop and Aki’s Pretzels.
There’s plenty of street parking near the taproom–just make sure to pay attention to parking signs. Metro Transit lines 32 & 10 stop within one block of the taproom and bike racks are available along Central Ave.
We do not have a location that’s open to the public in Saint Paul, but our office and production facility is located in Saint Paul.
There’s always something fun going on! We recommend that you check out our events calendar for more information.
You can use our Beer Finder to search Fair State Co-op beers near you.
Due to COVID-19 safety precautions we are not filling growlers at this time. You can purchase CROWLERS and bottles through our online shop.
Lots of reasons! You get a sweet discount on beer, access to exclusive events and early info about cool new projects. Even better, you get to take ownership of a local small business (you can even run for the board!) and help us find the best way to live out our mission and values.
Member discount is all day every day for members only. It is 2 dollars off of full pours of core beers( IPA, Pils, Vienna, Mirror, Pahlay, and Roselle) and then a dollar off of everything else on tap. Members also get 10% off all bottles and CROWLERS.
We primarily do our charitable giving through our Cooperates program, but we do provide a limited amount of beer donation per month. You can fill out our donation form and we’ll notify you via email if we’re able to provide a donation.

That sounds so fun! Shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll see if we can make it happen.
