We are excited to share that our court hearing last week provided the necessary approvals to continue navigating through Chapter 11 as we develop the plan to overcome it.

Dry hopped with Pacific Crest for a little extra pizzazz, this Italian Pils is on the hoppy side of balanced. In our opinion (and hopefully Doug’s), this pilsner is 10/10.

We dip hopped a pale ale with our pals at Bent Paddle Brewing Co and called it delicious! Hopped with Chinook, Strata, and Idaho 7, a layer of malt richness, and a crisp cool fermentation—Rudimentary Scrapbook was dip hopped but definitely not double dipped. #seinfeldreference
