New Beer coming to the taps this Wednesday

Let us introduce you to “Partying Past Burning Bridges”, a collaboration with 3 Floyds Brewpub that celebrates connecting and collaborating in the name of gaining a new experience.

This is a dip hopped IPA. Dip hopping is an innovative Japanese technique, new to both 3 Floyds and Fair State Co-op, that involves hopping the wort post heat exchange, but before the introduction of yeast. ⁣Here’s to new adventures.
