Yonder is a stainless-fermented saison with a small amount of funky barrel-aged beer blended in, and a fairly heavy dose of blueberries. It’s purple!

Zach is a big Werner Herzog fan, and the name is derived from the film “Wild Blue Yonder” about an alien who tries to establish a colony on earth, but during his time there humans begin to leave the planet due to pandemic and climate change. Topical. Since the beer is wild and blue(ish), it seemed appropriate.
