The Purplest Tooth is a 21 month old, port barrel–aged imperial stout—available only on draft at the taproom.

Cognac Barrel-aged Stout

This beer started its life as a thiccc imperial stout. At 12.5% ABV it should be sipped in a similar fashion to a French cognac: in a glass that easily expresses its great aroma and enjoyed with great reverence and respect to its strength. Rich, malty, roast, chocolate, and cognac flavor notes in this beer are best shared with the French brandy fans in your life.

We’ll be tending the fire and hot poking beers in our beer garden from 5–7 pm. Red-hot pokers create a warmer, creamier, malty-er, s’mores-ier drinking experience, so order a dark, malt-forward beer and swing outside for a hot poke!
