KÖLD-STYLE is a nice, cold Kölsch-style ale, brewed in collaboration with our friends at St. Elmo Brewing Company in Austin, TX. They make a heck of a Kölsch-style ale themselves, and so we figured if we wanted to know how to do it right, ask the people who know. KÖLD-STYLE is crisp, bright, and probably more hoppy than its European forebears, but like, in a polite but fun way.
