Hefeweizen has been a summer mainstay since 2014, and it continues to be one of our very favorite beers to drink in hot weather. We employ a bunch of really old school, old world brewing traditions rarely practiced in the US to ensure that this traditional Bavarian-style wheat beer stays true to its roots, and really delivers on the promise of that elusive balance of banana, clove, and vanilla aromas.
