Hefeweizen has been a summer mainstay since 2014, and it continues to be one of our very favorite beers to drink in hot weather. We employ a bunch of really old school, old world brewing traditions rarely practiced in the US to ensure that this Bavarian wheat beer stays true to its roots, and really delivers on the promise of that elusive balance of banana, clove, and vanilla aromas.
