New Beer Thursday: Brave Noise
A COLLABORATION WITH A BIG GOAL: A SAFE AND DISCRIMINATION-FREE BEER INDUSTRY.
Brave Noise is a multi-brewery collaboration project that advocates for safe spaces and inclusive environments by requesting breweries be transparent with their policies and commit to long-term work.
Fair State is proud to support this effort and will be donating a portion of the proceeds from our Brave Noise Pale Ale to Seward Longfellow Restorative Justice, who builds community by providing the opportunity to repair harm by involving the victim, offender, and community in solutions that promote healing, accountability, and reconciliation.
Our version of the Brave Noise Pale Ale is everything we love about classic American pale ales—hoppy and bright with aromas of citrus, pine, and stonefruit. Available on tap and in crowlers.
Seward Longfellow Restorative Justice will receive 50% of all Brave Noise crowler proceeds, starting on October 7 until they’re sold out. Plus, we’re kicking in $1 from every Brave Noise pour on October 7 from 4–11 pm. Seward Longfellow Restorative Justice will be sharing their mission in the beer garden starting at 5 pm.
Beer has always been a great unifier, and by brewing this beer, Fair State stands in solidarity with those who shared their stories about mistreatment and who are survivors of gender discrimination, racism, sexual assault, and harassment within the industry.
