We promise we aren`t getting any preferential treatment from Yakima Chief Hops just because our founding brewer is all of a sudden our hop supplier. The hops in this Hazy IPA were flash frozen right off the vine and shipped straight to us for immediate brewing, resulting in super bright and fresh aroma notes of Citra hops and mango.🥭

Part 2 of our shapeshifting pastry stout extravaganza–this time with help from local pastry king Austin Jevne of Forager Brewery. This is a giant stout with salted caramel and vanilla, and marks our first ever (!) time making a beer with a dairy product.
