Cooperates Draft Night: Asian American Organizing Project

1.25.22 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

During draft night, we’re donating $1 from every tap pour to our January Cooperates partner, Asian American Organizing Project (AAOP). Grab a pint and stop by their table to learn more about their mission!

Take home a couple crowlers while you’re at the taproom too—10% of our total crowler sales in January will be donated to AAOP.

In 2016, we launched our community engagement arm, Fair State Cooperates. Each month we partner with a different nonprofit organization selected by our member-owners. Through these partnerships, we raise funds through beer sales, awareness through social media, and involvement through volunteering.

Asian American Organizing Project (AAOP) is a non-partisan, nonprofit organization founded in 2014 that empowers young Asian Minnesotans to create systems change for an equitable, conscious, and just society. Young Asian Minnesotans (14–35 years old) lead long-term racial, economic, and gender justice through reflective leadership, co-creating community change, and amplifying narratives.

For indoor service at the taproom, Fair State requires either proof of a full course of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative test administered within the last 72 hours. Learn more here.
