ABOUT APPETITE FOR CHANGE

Appetite for Change believes food is the key ingredient to nourishing wellbeing. Systemic barriers make accessing fresh food in North Minneapolis a challenge for many. Through youth and workforce development programs, social enterprises, and policy initiatives, they build community capacity to engage with the food system in a fresh and sustainable way.

ABOUT FAIR STATE COOPERATES

In 2016, we launched our community engagement arm, Fair State Cooperates. Each month we partner with a different nonprofit organization selected by our member-owners. Through these partnerships, we raise funds through beer sales, awareness through social media, and involvement through volunteering.
