Barrel-fermented sour
The fourth year of U-Pick, our all local fruit barrel-fermented sour beer. This year we went back to the original and picked raspberries in Northfield, MN again.

Bright, juicy fruit, ripe berries, "seedy" raspberry character, oaky, tart, slight barrel funk
