Dry hopped with Pacific Crest for a little extra pizzazz, this Italian Pils is on the hoppy side of balanced. In our opinion (and hopefully Doug’s), this pilsner is 10/10.

We dip hopped a pale ale with our pals at Bent Paddle Brewing Co and called it delicious! Hopped with Chinook, Strata, and Idaho 7, a layer of malt richness, and a crisp cool fermentation—Rudimentary Scrapbook was dip hopped but definitely not double dipped. #seinfeldreference

Kettle soured with our house lactobacillus strain, hibiscus added at end of boil.
Originally the second edition in our taproom Lactobäc series, this beer was so well liked that we gave it it's own name and started canning as a year-round offering.
