Partying Past Burning Bridges
Dip hopped IPA
Dip hopped IPA. A reminder that beer can be bitter, have balanced malt character, and still be delicious.
Closer to a traditional IPA but with a more intense malty aroma and a hop character that has enhanced floral and citrus character while minimizing the presence of myrcene (onion) prevalent in dry-hopped beers.
All aromatic hops added utilizing dip hop method
Jerrod and Todd, who brewed this beer together, previously worked together at Surly and are also both Rock Bottom Brewing alums.
