Dip hopped IPA. A reminder that beer can be bitter, have balanced malt character, and still be delicious.
Tasting Notes
Closer to a traditional IPA but with a more intense malty aroma and a hop character that has enhanced floral and citrus character while minimizing the presence of myrcene (onion) prevalent in dry-hopped beers.
