Most of the time when craft breweries (ourselves included) make a beer, they have to mess with it. It’s like “with a twist” is somehow a necessary addendum to any description. Well, we are here to say that we don’t have to continuously reinvent the wheel, and that sometimes it’s actually the best solution to simply work hard at producing our best, most faithful homage to the original. Imitation, as they say, is the sincerest form of flattery.  

This beer is just that – an homage to everyone’s favorite Dry Irish Stout (brand name redacted). Sláinte!
