An IPA built to showcase a brand new hop, Luminosa. This hop isn’t even commercially available yet, so we feel extra lucky to have gotten our hands on it. It comes to us from the people who brought you Strata, Indie Hops. We’ve paired Luminosa’s aromas and flavors of “peach-lemonade, candied orange peel, marionberry, and mango” with the familiar and intense tropical/dank profile of Strata in this West Coast IPA.
