Fun Fact
This is akin to the beer we made with Live Oak a couple summers back called Fully Krausened. It’s a made up style—the Lithuanian Wagon Lager. It’s heavily wheated (70% of grist!) and hopped with a very lemon/grapefruit forward hop for a nice twist on the classic lager. It’s also inspired by German Kristalweizen beers, but it’s a lager.
