As we’ve learned, the mantra of craft beer these days is “more is more.” But it’s also true that sometimes one tires of excess, and wants for nothing more than a well-crafted, expressive, classic iteration of an American craft standard. In this case, we’re talkin’ pale ales. This beer is lightly malty, crisp, moderately bitter, nice and clear, and intensely aromatic and flavorful. Brewed with our hand-selected lot of Simcoe, and a whole ton of loving care and appreciation for craft standards that don’t get the love they deserve.
