FSB 2021
Bourbon BA Stout with lots (lots) of vanilla
Every year in December, we release a beer called FSB. It’s always a big stout, but beyond that it changes. The 8th installment is a collaboration with The Vanilla Bean Kings, who supplied the beans for this vanilla-laden extravaganza. We used a fully ridiculous amount of vanilla. 2.5lbs per barrel of whole beans. Like, if that was an IPA, it’d be a pretty solid dry hop. But it’s vanilla beans in a bourbon barrel-aged stout.
Hopefully y’all like vanilla!
