Our classic Pils, lagered in an oak foeder.
A version of our classic Fair State Pils that got aged in our oak foeder. Crisp, bitter, assertively hoppy, but now with subtle notes of oak, tannin, and toasted marshmallow. We’ve been making Pils since 2014, and it has changed very, very little over the years. This is the first time we’ve departed from the formula, and also the first time we’ve brewed it in Minneapolis since 2017!
