BRAAAAAM

English-style Barleywine

BRAAAAAM, named for a surprisingly inescapable sound, is an English Barleywine aged in a mix of barrels. First use bourbon and some interesting wine barrels used to finish bourbon were allowed to mellow for over a year before being bottled at a completely reasonable and responsible 16.5% ABV. A perfect beverage for bacchanalian feasts, political coups, or anywhere that life can be found.

Tasting Notes

Massive. Sweet, strong spirit character, big malty everything.

Process Notes

Barrel-aged one year
