New Beer Thursday: Keller Kazbek
A returning staff and member favorite beer. An unfiltered German-style pilsner hopped extensively with Czech-grown Kazbek hops, a variety that is somewhat more aggressive than traditional Czech Saaz. This hop lends a strong grassy, herbal, almost dill-like aroma to the beer. Crisp, hoppy, with slightly increased malt presence due to the lack of filtration. It’s one of our favorites.
