New Beer Thursday: Friday is My Monday

Friday is My Monday is a dry-hopped pale ale designed and brewed by some of our taproom staff! It straddles the line between old school and modern pale ales—layered but crushable. There’s lots of pine sap in the aroma, along with wheat toast and orange marmalade. The flavor is a bit like a dank pampelmousse mimosa. Come drink a few with the folks who made it!

Available on tap and in crowlers at the taproom.
