New Beer Thursday: Doin’ Science Doinks
Doin’ Science—no goggles necessary.
How does one do science with beer, you ask? Have we got an answer for you. Part of good science is experimental design, and part of good experimental design is controlling for variables—aka you change only one thing at a time in order to understand all the effects of that single change. Doin’ Science is our series of experiments with altering a single ingredient (or ingredient blend) in the beers you know and love!
Can you tell the difference? Let’s do some science.
Experiment 3: Big Doinks
This beer is the Doinks you know and love with just a little change. Instead of being 100% Columbus Cryo hops, we added Simcoe and Chinook to give it a more rounded, less aggressive dry hop profile. Give it a rip and see what you think!
