We’re pouring limited-edition bottles every Saturday during a new event called Cellar Saturdays.

On Draft

13.8 ABV
Negroni-inspired brewed cocktail
Made with our gluten-free brewed base, it has all the resinous citrus peel and earthy bitter flavors you’d expect with a pleasant herbal finish.

As One Does
12 ABV
Bourbon and rye barrel-aged stout
The layers of flavor in this beer are impressive—rich bourbon sweetness gives way to rye spice, with complementary notes of oak and dutch cocoa.

Bottle Pours

East of the Andes
11.75 ABV
Wood-aged imperial stout
Imperial stout meets cinnamon toast crunch, meets French toast, meets a classy spiced rum.

Methode Traditionelle 2019
6.1 ABV
Unblended lambic-style sour
This beer is made using traditional Lambic brewing techniques, including turbid mashing and spontaneous fermentation. I find this process fascinating, and the resulting beer even moreso. It’s so interesting to see how local microflora can impact a beer so significantly. This is my first time trying a beer spontaneously fermented in Minnesota. The layers of mango lassi, sage, and petrichor blend quite nicely. Pairs well with the scent of freshly fallen leaves in the beer garden this Saturday. —Zach, Innovation Brewer
