In this case, we’re talkin’ pale ales. This beer is lightly malty, crisp, moderately bitter, nice and clear, and intensely aromatic and flavorful. Brewed entirely with YCR7, a long-forgotten hop variety that brings tons of citrus to the table, and a whole ton of loving care and appreciation for craft standards that don’t get the love they deserve.
