Hey, Remember Pale Ales? Vol. 2
Pale ale brewed with YCR7 hops
As we’ve learned, the mantra of craft beer these days is “more is more.” But it’s also true that sometimes one tires of excess, and wants for nothing more than a well-crafted, expressive, classic iteration of an American craft standard. In this case, we’re talkin’ pale ales. This beer is lightly malty, crisp, moderately bitter, nice and clear, and intensely aromatic and flavorful. Brewed entirely with YCR7, a long-forgotten hop variety that brings tons of citrus to the table, and a whole ton of loving care and appreciation for craft standards that don’t get the love they deserve.
