A barrel-aged version of last year’s Black is Beautiful Imperial Stout, blended in collaboration with Khonso Brewing (Atlanta, GA) as one half of our mutual contribution to the Brews for New Avenues event in Portland, OR. We added figs, vanilla beans, and a hint of holiday spice to the finished barrels, for added richness and cheer.
